In 2017, GUCS held a number of events. These included: "The Big Short Movie Night"; the Business Law Challenge (in association with the Business Law Department); 2017 Corporate Open Day hosted by the Wyndham Group; "Technology in Business" Industry Breakfast; and the ASX Sharemarket Game in partnership with the Griffith University Association of Commerce (Nathan Campus).
